ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsRespond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdownsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the siteConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce recurring equipment failuresMaintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS systemWork closely with production teams to minimise downtimeEnsure compliance with all Health & Safety proceduresSkills & ExperienceCompleted Engineering Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalentPrevious experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, or other fast-paced manufacturing environmentsStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsExperience with automated production equipment and PLC-controlled machineryKnowledge of conveyors, motors, drives, sensors, pumps, and pneumaticsExperience using SAP PM, Maximo, Pirana, Shire, CMMS, or similar maintenance systemsAble to work effectively within a 24/7 manufacturing operationWhat's On Offer?Salary of £53,000 - £58,000Overtime opportunitiesPension schemeOngoing training and developmentSecure and growing manufacturing businessModern automated production facilityClear progression opportunitiesApply NowIf you're a Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Shift Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or Engineering Technician looking for your next challenge in Leeds, we'd love to hear from you.
