Overall cleaning of the guestrooms to include, but not limited to: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies, etc. as per brand standards.
To use the cleaning in progress sign and keep the doors closed at all times, when making up rooms.
To call room service for removal of trays/trolleys.
Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Take accurate room status reports at the end of the shift.
Keep linen closets, supply closet and landing organized and clean.
Empty vacuum cleaner each time when it is nearly full.
Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor assigned to your floor
Offer assistance to guest and colleagues in a courteous manner.
Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
Submit instantly and turn over to security any lost and found items.
Take responsibility for reporting any rooms, which do not require service, DND, not slept in on assigned floor.
To report to Floor Housekeeper any mattress protector, blankets, bedspreads, valances in need of change.
To report any suspicious person to Housekeeping office or security.
Inform anything, which may be a Health & Safety hazard.
Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.

The Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accountant is responsible for managing
end-to-end revenue accounting, customer billing, collections, cash application,
intercompany accounting, VAT reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
The role ensures accurate revenue recognition, timely collection of receivables,
compliance with accounting policies, and effective support for audit and finance
transformation initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Daily Sales Reconciliation (DSR): Perform daily sales and revenue
reconciliations across POS, operational systems, and ERP platforms to ensure
accurate revenue recognition and accounting compliance.
* Customer Invoicing and Billing: Generate, validate, and issue customer
invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in a timely manner.
* Cash Application, Credit Management & Collections: Accurately apply customer
receipts, reconcile outstanding receivables, monitor credit limits, assess
credit risk, and drive timely collection of overdue balances.
* Incentive Calculation Verification & Disbursements: Verify the accuracy of
incentives, rebates, and commission calculations and ensure timely
disbursement.
* Intercompany Accounting & Settlement: Record, reconcile, and validate
intercompany transactions and balances, maintain supporting agreements and
documentation, and ensure timely settlement across group entities.
* Journal Entry Preparation: Review and prepare the journal entries with
appropriate supporting documentation.
* Month-End and Year-End Close Activities: Support timely month-end and
year-end financial closing activities, including reconciliations and

* Audit Coordination and Support: Provide schedules, reconciliations, and
supporting documents required for internal and external audits.
* Input/Output VAT Reconciliation: Perform VAT reconciliations and support
compliance with indirect tax regulations and return filings.
* Support Finance Transformation Initiatives: Participate in ERP
implementations, system integrations, automation projects, and process

Proven experience leading a high-volume Front Office operation and multicultural team, ideally within a large resort or hotel environment.
Strong working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud PMS, room allocation, guest profiles, billing, credit controls, reporting and Front Office operating procedures.
A demonstrated track record of personally resolving complex guest complaints, conducting root-cause follow-up and implementing measures that prevent recurrence.
