Care Assistant/Support Worker

Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Help with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met Provide companionship and engage clients in enjoyable activities Assist with light housekeeping Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members No prior experience in home care is necessary, as we provide full training and shadowing to help you develop the skills needed for this role.
