Your tasks:
• You will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by accurately picking and packing orders, handling goods in and out, and maintaining stock control. This role involves operating forklift trucks, liaising with office staff, and ensuring timely courier collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with daily dispatch requirements.
• Ensure correct labelling and packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Goods In / Out
• Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Load outgoing vehicles using appropriate equipment (including forklift trucks).
• Check incoming stock against delivery notes and report discrepancies.
Forklift Operation
• Safely operate forklift trucks (counterbalance)
• Move stock and pallets between delivery bays, storage, and packing areas.
Stock Control
• Assist in managing inventory levels by liaising with office teams.
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and stored correctly.
• Report low stock levels or inventory issues promptly.
Courier Management
• Prepare courier manifests and dispatch documentation.
• Liaise with couriers to ensure timely and accurate collections.
Stocktaking
• Participate in regular stock counts and the annual stock take.
• Help reconcile discrepancies during physical inventory checks.
General Warehouse Duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Comply with all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist colleagues and undertake any other reasonable warehouse duties as required.

Your profile:
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, goods in/out)
• Valid forklift truck licence (e.g., counterbalance) preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy (for manifests, stock records, etc.)
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry items as needed
Desirable:
• Experience working with courier systems
• Knowledge of Sage 200, specifically the stock control element
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment
