Role Overview
A client in Dubai is seeking an experienced Night Maternity Nurse with proven multiples experience to provide overnight support for newborn triplets, due in June. This is a three-month contract role, supporting the family during the early months following birth.
The role will focus on night-time care, feeding support, settling routines, and ensuring both babies and parents are well supported overnight. The triplets may require an initial hospital stay following birth, and the nurse must be flexible to adapt accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing overnight care for newborn triplets
• Supporting feeding routines (breast, bottle, or combination, as required)
• Settling babies and establishing gentle night-time routines
• Monitoring babies’ wellbeing throughout the night
• Supporting parents with guidance, reassurance, and best practice advice
• Maintaining a calm, organised, and hygienic night-time environment
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Maternity Nurse with newborn multiples (twins/triplets)
• Currently based in the UAE (essential)
• Strong understanding of newborn care and night routines
• Calm, confident, and highly organised
• Flexible and adaptable, particularly around hospital-based care if required
• Professional, discreet, and supportive in approach

• This is a night-only role (12 hours per night, 7 nights per week)
