We are seeking an attentive and customer service-oriented Teller to join our dynamic team. As a Teller, you will be the face of our financial institution, responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers through efficient service and a professional demeanor. This role involves handling cash transactions, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring accurate cash flow management. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers and help them with a range of financial services, all while contributing to the overall success of our branch. Responsibilities
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure accounting accuracy at all times.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to relevant banking personnel.
• Provide exemplary customer service while handling their inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures during every transaction.
• Assist in the bank's security and risk management by following established protocols.
• Report any suspicious activities or discrepancies to the appropriate authorities immediately.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving individual and branch goals.
• Stay updated on current bank products and services to inform customers effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery skills.
• Manage sensitive customer information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist in cash ordering and processing cash shipments as required.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
• Previous experience in a cash handling or banking role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with financial transaction software.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure, especially under pressure.
