Site HR Manager

Up to £70/75k + car allowance +package

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary HR lead for the site, supporting leaders across all people matters
• Partner with site leadership to deliver the people strategy aligned to business objectives
• Lead employee relations activity including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
• Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and health & safety standards
• Coach and develop line managers to build strong, capable leadership
• Manage HR data, reporting and metrics to support decision-making
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in a site-based environment (manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar)
• Strong employee relations expertise and confidence operating in a unionised or operational setting
• Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable being hands-on
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
• CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable)
