Taylors Jaguar Land Rover & Renault Service Centres are now looking to recruit a Full Time (5 days) and a Part-Time (3 days) Front Desk Customer Service Receptionist to join their professional and friendly team.
Skills and Experience:
• Possess excellent customer service skills and have a desire to deliver a high level customer service experience.
• Confident, personable and 'right fist time' attitude.
• Have the ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner
• Participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
• Enjoy communicating with customers face-face, by email and via the telephone.
• Ideally have experience in working within a similar environment or have an interest in the motor vehicles.
Your duties will include:
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries (face-face / telephone) relating to the service and repairs of their vehicles.
• Booking in customers vehicles into the diary / booking system.
• The processing of paperwork, creating invoices and taking payments.
• Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.
• Allocating and moitoring of courtesy cars to cusotmers, completing paperwork and ensuring operational processes are followed.
• Ensuring the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times!
• Covering the reception desk
• Answering the telephone
• Greeting customers
The Benefits:
• Hours: Mon- Fri only.
• Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.30hrs, Friday 08.00 - 17.00hrs
• No weekends and no bank holiday working,
