Description
Aureos is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to work from either of our locations in Crewe, Nottingham or London.
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing visual assets that support the organisation’s communication strategy. This includes graphic design, photography, videography, branding, and merchandise development, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
Primary tasks and duties
• Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, events, and internal communications.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
• Manage photography and videography projects for organizational initiatives.
• Support branding and merchandise development for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with communications advisors to align visual content with messaging.
Secondary tasks and duties
• Monitor trends in design and recommend updates to maintain a modern brand image.
Qualifications and Training
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
• Experience in videography and photography.
• Knowledge of branding and merchandise production processes.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand integrity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
