Location: Slough
Hours: 7 hours per day, Monday to Thursday
Shift Times: 08:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Thursday)
Contract Type: Zero Hour
Pay Rate: £12.74
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to provide security services within a designated car park area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and vehicles. This is a cover position for holiday and sickness absence, as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring car park activity to ensure safety and security
• Controlling vehicle and pedestrian access
• Conducting regular patrols of the car park
• Reporting and recording incidents accurately
• Assisting customers and staff when required
• Ensuring site rules and regulations are followed
Requirements:
• Valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor licence (essential)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Previous security or car park experience desirable but not essential
