Our client, a leading property agency with offices across London, is seeking a an experienced Sales Manager for one of their offices across South West London.

You will be part of a company who are one of the market leaders in property are ideally looking for an experienced Sales Valuer or Sales Manager to spearhead this office and its future growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the sales operations and drive business growth in one of London's most sought-after locations.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Guide the sales team in negotiating and closing deals
• Manage x2 Sales Negotiators

Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry.
• Deep understanding of the luxury property market, particularly in the South West London area.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

Our client, who have expanding over the last 12 months will be paying upto a £45k Basic Salary + Car Allowance & £80k+ OTE
