Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Electrical Engineer with strong technical and commercial experience in electrical products and project sales to support our growing business in the UAE. The role involves business development, handling tenders and RFQs, technical submittals, and managing key accounts with EPC contractors and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop new business opportunities with EPC contractors, end users, and consultants.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
• Actively remind consultants and contractors of Oiltek’s approved brands and capabilities.
Technical & Commercial
• Handle RFQs, prepare techno-commercial offers, and coordinate with manufacturers.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and datasheets to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit technical submittals and prequalification documents.
• Attend technical and commercial meetings with clients.
Project & Order Follow-up
• Follow up on tenders, clarifications, negotiations, and order awards.
• Coordinate internally and with suppliers for order execution and delivery.
• Track orders and ensure client satisfaction.
Market & Account Development
• Track ongoing projects, tenders, and upcoming opportunities in the UAE.
• Monitor competitors and market pricing trends.
• Support marketing activities, client visits, and exhibitions.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in UAE in electrical / project sales.
• Experience dealing with EPC contractors, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.
• Business experience with electricity boards and utilities will be strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical products such as cables, switchgear, lighting, or related systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license required.
