Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Office Administrative Assistant to support our Dubai-based operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, coordination, documentation, and communication, ensuring smooth office and business processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, invoices, and records.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual and in-person appointments.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic presentations.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
• Coordinate with accounts for basic invoicing, payment tracking, and documentation.
• Support HR and recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and record keeping.
• Handle general administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with UAE-based organizations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting or procurement processes.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office coordinator (remote experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic office procedures and documentation.
• Part-time (Aligned with Dubai time zone).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with UAE-based organizations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting or procurement processes.
• Good internet connectivity and availability during UAE business hours.
