Residential Care Worker for Learning Disabilities
Location: DE14 Burton and DE11 Swadlincote
Bridge2Future Care Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Residential Care worker to join our specialist learning disability children’s residential home.

What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay: £12.80–£13.30 per hour
Sleep-in allowance: £70 per shift
Funded QCF Diploma qualifications in Residential Child Care

About the Role
Rotational shifts between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm, across a 7-day working week
Overnight sleep-ins required
Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs
Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
Act as a positive role model and help young people achieve their potential
Complete reports and documentation, including care plans and risk assessments
What We’re Looking For
Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (or willingness to work towards)
Experience working with children and young people with various learning disabilities
Full UK manual driving licence
Ability to work shifts and overnight sleep-ins
Must be 21+ (children’s home regulations)
DBS check required
