Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Earlswood. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling phone inquiries, managing bookings, and performing administrative and clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the smooth flow of daily operations. The role requires a commitment to upholding the hotel's high standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing bookings and general administrative tasks
• Strong ability in Customer Service and Communication to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Organizational skills and an eye for detail to maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area
• Proficient in computer systems and booking software; prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
