Key Responsibilities
• Proactively build, manage, and grow your own client portfolio while generating new leads.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and market expertise.
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai’s secondary property market.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Dubai’s secondary sales market.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
