Real Estate Marketing Manager (Russian speaking)

Mighthouse Realty is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive / SMM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English and have strong experience in the UAE real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Mighthouse Realty’s brand Lead digital marketing, social media, PR, and campaigns Drive lead generation and support sales targets through performance marketing Oversee marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance Requirements: Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory) 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Dubai real estate Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Package & Benefits: Salary from AED 15,000 and above (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Visa and medical insurance Career growth within a reputable real estate company.
