We’re Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyors (7+ Years Experience)
As real estate and construction projects grow in scale and complexity, strong commercial and cost leadership becomes essential. We’re expanding our team and are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors with 7+ years of proven industry experience to join us.
This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully managed projects end-to-end and can confidently take ownership of cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in quantity surveying or commercial management
• Strong background in real estate or construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
• Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
• Experience with contract administration and managing variations
• Ability to work closely with developers, consultants, and contractors
• Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent) is an advantage
