Public Relations Officer (PRO)

We are a leading automotive company in Dubai and are looking to hire an experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) to manage all government-related documentation and regulatory compliance. | Key Responsibilities: | Liaison with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, RTA, Customs, Municipality, etc.) | Processing and renewal of: | Trade licenses & establishment cards | Employment visas, Emirates ID, medicals, labor cards | Vehicle registration, approvals, and traffic-related documentation | Customs clearance support for imported vehicles, spare parts, and materials | Maintain records, expiry trackers, and compliance reports | Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin departments | Requirements: | Minimum 3–5 years PRO experience in UAE | Automotive industry experience preferred | Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and licensing laws | Familiar with online government portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Dubai Trade) | Valid UAE driving license preferred | Good communication and organizational skills | What We Offer: | Competitive salary (based on experience) | Stable long-term opportunity | Professional working environment | Growth within a group automotive business
