Description
Premier Logistics is seeking reliable and hardworking Picker Packers to join our warehouse team in Coalville. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Pick items accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists or handheld scanners
Pack products securely to company standards, ensuring correct labelling and documentation
Prepare orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements
Carry out quality checks to ensure products are correct and undamaged
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including stock control and inventory checks
Skills and Experience
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to lift and move items in line with manual handling guidelines
Working Hours
Monday to Friday- shifts may vary
