Job Responsibilities
• Manage overall operations of the medical equipment store with precision and care
• Greet and assist clients at reception, ensuring high hospitality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Oversee inventory, product placement, and order coordination
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Support administrative tasks and collaborate with management on process improvements
Requirements
• Valid Pharmacy degree and license to practice
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
• Excellent hospitality and communication skills
• Ability to manage reception duties with warmth and efficiency
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
