Tasks/duties
Prompting with personal care and hygiene to create a routine, motivation in maintaining a habitable home, and accessing the community
They have lost their confidence making social connections
Client Main Diagnosis
Anxiety
Depression
Psoriasis – creams are applied
Schizophrenia – The client can sometimes have challenging behaviours.
Manual Handling
Some support with transfers
Communication
The client has no communication issues
Client Enjoys
Listening to music and watching films, and going shopping, having conversations
This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, patient, and friendly, and respectful of others' privacy, dignity, values, and beliefs
