The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Lead to own performance marketing across our e-commerce brands and work closely with the founders.
This is a senior, execution-focused role with real ownership and influence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Channels you’ll manage
• Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
• SEO (working with external agencies)
• Paid Social (Meta; LinkedIn where relevant)
Your responsibilities will include
• Managing and allocating marketing budgets across channels
• Leading, reviewing, and challenging PPC and SEO agencies
• Having full access to and day-to-day control of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console
• Improving conversion rates, lead and order quality, and cost per acquisition
• Tracking and reporting on commercial performance, including revenue, orders/leads, and ROI
Who This Role Is For
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
• Have 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce or performance marketing
• Have personally run and scaled profitable campaigns
• Understand how traffic converts into revenue
• Are comfortable owning performance numbers and decisions
• Can manage agencies confidently and independently
Nice to Have
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, luxury, or trust-based products
• B2B or high-consideration buying journeys
• UK or EU market experience
