Temporary Business Support / Operations Administrator

📍 Chelsea & Fulham | 🕒 Temporary - Ongoing | 💼 Immediate Start | £18 p/hour

Our client is looking for a confident and proactive Operations Administrator to join their team on a temporary but ongoing basis.

🧭 About the Role

You'll work closely with the owner and leadership team, taking ownership of a range of operational and administrative areas to relieve pressure, drive efficiencies, and support sustainable growth.

Key areas of responsibility include:

📊 Finance & Reporting (Xero)

Finalising payslips and annual leave

Reconciling bank statement feeds

Cashflow and profit margin reporting

Flagging unusual activity and opportunities for efficiencies🪙 Pensions (Nest)

Filing pension contributions on paydays🧾 Sales & Performance (EPOS NOW)

Monthly sales reporting: performance vs. targets, growth opportunities, under-utilisation

Identifying trends to support business decisions🧠 Operational Insights (G Suite)

Using existing Google tools to analyse retention, rebooking, and referral rates

Understanding capacity and forecasting future staffing or space needs💡 Utilities & Procurement

Reviewing supplier agreements and identifying opportunities to renegotiate or switch

Building a clear procurement model to forecast future needs📌 Adhoc Projects

Supporting research into new equipment or services

Assisting with one-off projects such as product photoshoots

Continuously looking for ways to evolve and improve operations✨ About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Proactive, resourceful and able to work with limited structure

Confident working directly with leadership and taking ownership of tasks

Experienced in start-up or small business environments

Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable with numbers and reporting

Able to start immediately and open to an ongoing temporary roleBonus if you have experience with:

Xero
