Description
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated Midweight Designer to join an agency based in Hertfordshire, who will be working predominantly on a high-profile baby brand.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer with 3+ years’ experience who’s ready to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work on award-winning, well-known brands across both print and digital.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering compelling visual design from concept through to final execution, working across a wide range of online and offline brand and marketing assets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Concepting and creating strong visual design ideas
• Rolling out design across multiple deliverables while maintaining brand consistency
• Preparing artwork for print and digital output to exact specifications
• Designing across formats: packaging, POS, marketing materials, social, web and campaigns
• Supporting photoshoots and brand events
• Liaising with multiple departments during the NPD process
• Managing the internal gold seal sign-off process (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Confidence managing projects from concept through to finished artwork
• Experience across online and offline design, including packaging, print, POS, social and web
• A strong portfolio showing creativity, attention to detail and versatility
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Highly organised, adaptable and proactive
• A true self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
• Photography or video editing experience
• Experience with email or digital marketing tools
