Salary: £45 – 55K (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible working options available.
Are you a data-driven marketing pro who thrives on AI, automation, and digital sales? Telecom Acquisitions is scaling fast, and we need a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead 7 B2C broadband brands.
What You’ll Do:
• Launch & optimise multi-channel campaigns: web, e-commerce, email, social, offline
• Drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth
• Build AI-powered marketing funnels and automation workflows
• Analyse performance, extract insights & scale what works
• Protect & grow our brand reputation across reviews, PR & listings
What You Bring:
• 4+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing
• Expert in CRO, e-commerce, automation & optimisation
• Passion for AI tools and data-driven decision making
• Commercial mindset with hands-on execution skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative
