Marketing Manager
Part-time
Mid
Description
We’re also open to part-time and/or school term-time applicants. Please let us know your preference when applying.
About The Role:
We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to bring focus, structure, and momentum to a growing organisation supporting schools across the UK.
This is a hands-on, commercially minded marketing role with real ownership and impact. As Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the organisation, shaping how TIB Services is positioned to schools and multi-academy trusts across the UK, while supporting ongoing candidate marketing campaigns. You’ll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, turning insight into clear plans, well-executed campaigns, and measurable results.
You’ll bring structure, momentum, and focus to our marketing activity by keeping multiple campaigns moving at pace, priorities clear, and stakeholders aligned. Highly organised and naturally proactive, you’ll be comfortable managing complex workloads, deadlines, and data, while always keeping one eye on performance and ROI.
Working closely with sales and operational teams, you’ll ensure marketing activity directly supports commercial objectives, strengthens relationships, and drives sustainable growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys joining the dots: between brand and revenue, message and market, planning and execution, and who takes pride in doing the fundamentals exceptionally well.
About Us:
TIB Services is the UK’s only specialist school site staffing provider. Since 2013, we’ve supported over 2,000 schools and multi-academy trusts with access to a network of more than 11,000 skilled candidates from backgrounds predominantly in the Armed Forces, emergency services, engineering, and trades. Our mission goes beyond recruitment: we help people find meaningful work while supporting schools to create safe, well-run environments.
