Larsen Building Products is a market leading manufacturer of building materials, chemicals, and cement-based powders to the construction industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and technical solutions to a wide range of customers across the UK and Ireland. Due to significant business growth, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan across all digital platforms.
• Create visually engaging content using Canva and video‑editing software for the company website and social media channels.
• Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website to ensure product information is accurate and customer‑focused.
• Seek out and collaborate with influential brand ambassadors to support brand growth and endorsements.

Brand & Creative
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels.
• Prepare detailed briefs for graphic design agencies and POS suppliers to deliver impactful print and digital materials.
• Support the development and refinement of product packaging to maintain brand consistency across ranges.

Campaigns, PR & Communications
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Assist with both print and digital PR and advertising, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare internal communications to effectively distribute key information across multiple sites.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement
• Assist with the planning and delivery of trade exhibitions, customer events, and employee events.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Research & Insights
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience recording and editing video content using professional software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube for business use.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
• Third‑level qualification in marketing (or equivalent).
• Experience using WordPress as a website management system.
• Previous experience working in an office environment.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
