Job opportunity : Quantity Surveyor/QS : Foundation and Piling :AUH

Instrumental in managing all costs relating to company projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures, minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. • Review the tenders
• Check specifications
• Read technical data, analyze and take-off quantities
• Supplier / subcontractor correspondence
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Analyze subcontractors / suppliers quotes and prepare comparative statements
• Attend to post tender correspondences and assist in the preparation of clarifications

• Proficiency in MS office
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
• Skill in operating Project Planning Software is an advantage: (Primavera, MS Project etc…)
• Expertise in different types of piling, shoring, marine works, specifications and methodologies
• Basic Knowledge of Contract Conditions: FIDIC
