Job Title: Interior Designer (Full-Time – Immediate Joiner)

About the Role:
K-Crew is hiring a full-time Interior Designer to join our dynamic fit-out and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D drawings, 3D renders, walkthrough animations, and engaging client presentations using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and related tools.
We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to reduce costs and time by delivering efficient, high-quality designs that help drive sales and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce professional 2D and 3D interior and landscape designs for residential and commercial projects
• Create high-quality renders, visual presentations, and animations
• Meet clients, understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback
• Coordinate closely with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design execution
• Select and specify materials, colors, furnishings, finishes, and lighting
• Work under deadlines while maintaining top design quality and accuracy
• Maintain organized documentation and design revisions based on client changes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years UAE experience in interior design (fit-out experience preferred)
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion is a plus
• Arabic and English speaking (required)
• Driving license is a must – for site visits and client meetings
• Must own or have access to high-performance equipment for rendering and animation
• Strong communication, client-handling, and time management skills
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality visualizations and working drawings
