We are seeking experienced HCA / Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers for ongoing opportunities across North West Birmingham area. Preferably a driver.

Candidate Specification
We are particularly interested in Support Workers with experience in:
• Complex Care, including (but not limited to): PEG Feeding, Stoma Care, Tracheostomy Management, NG/NJ Tube Management
• Working with children in crisis intervention environments
• Supporting adults with severe mental health challenges
• Providing care within supported living services
• Knowledge of working service users affected by substance misuse and gangs and county lines influences
• Ability to provide a trauma-informed approach when working with service users
• Working in environments requiring 2:1 (or higher) support.
Shifts
• Shift patterns to be confirmed, depending on the package. Anywhere from 2 hours +, including weekend cover. Flexible to work around the service users’ needs. xlqdzyr
Rate Range
Up to £15.00 per hour
