The Role – We are seeking a highly creative, experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio, a passion for design, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for developing and executing design solutions that meet our marketing objectives and strengthen our brand identity across all platforms. The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Lead the design and production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all company communications.
• Create engaging visual content for the company website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
• Design and produce materials for trade shows and events, including banners, exhibition displays, and presentations.
• Manage the design process from initial concept through to final artwork, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Manage and maintain the company's digital asset library and brand guidelines.

Essential Criteria:
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, either in-house or with an agency.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience in managing multiple design projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• A strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. Desirable Criteria: • Experience with web design, including a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
