Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance BonuS Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Valid dental license to practice in the relevant state Proven experience in a general dentistry practice Strong knowledge of dental procedures and oral health Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a dental team Commitment to continuing education and staying current on dental practices
