Forklift Driver

The Company:MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position which will become permanent after a successful probation period MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.The Role:Operating counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading goodsMoving stock within the warehouse and production areasSupporting general warehouse duties when requiredAdhering to all health & safety and food hygiene standardsInvolved in manual handling, transporting products within the warehouse these products can weigh up to 20kg Checking items are undamaged prior to organising items to be dispatchedPacking items into boxes, labelling and placing in designated area for disposal The Person:Previous experience operating a forklift truck is essentialFLT licence (in-date, expired, or in-house licences will be considered)Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/food environmentReliable, hardworking, and safety-consciousWilling to assist with general warehouse tasks as requiredThe Benefits:Free parkingOn-going workExcellent reputation within the local area The Hours:07:00am – 15:00pm 15:00pm – 23:00pm23:00pm – 07:00am Must be flexible for all three shift patterns The Pay:Day Shift: £12.21 per hourBack Shift: £13.10 per hourNight Shift £13.65 per hour
