Factory Operative

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for factory operatives to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B46.

Duties:
• Loading / Unloading materials into moulding machine
• Removing products from moulds
• Finishing / trimming final products by using power / hand tools
• Pallet building
• Wrapping
• Heavy lifting involved
• Hot Environment / Factory environment

Working hours: 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am (12h shift) either day or night

MONDAY -THURSDAY - for training then perm weekends FRIDAY,SATURDAY,SUNDAY

Pay:

Day Shift £12.21 per hour

Night Shift £12.21 per hour + £10 per shift night allowance

Weekend Shift: £13.43 per hour

Overtime - Anything over 40hrs is paid at £15.26 per hour
