Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality industrial solutions and innovative production capabilities. As part of their continued growth and expansion, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and the company’s leadership operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries for board and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate and follow up on key initiatives, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle business matters with discretion.
• Support the CEO in strategic planning activities, including research, data analysis, and preparing briefing documents.
• Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive engagements.

RequirementsTo be considered for the role you need to meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a C-level executive.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sector is a strong advantage.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
