We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Ascot. The successful candidate must have Lettings Manager experience along with local knowledge. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.,

• Listing experience essential with local knowledge
• Highly organised and results driven
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Works well in a team and independently
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• The ability to manage inspire and train a team to help achieve the office targets
• Effective and efficient time management skills
