Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to elderly service users. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting elderly clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting with mobility, meals, and daily activities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Following care plans and health & safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a care team

Requirements:
• Previous experience working in elderly care within the UK
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good understanding of care standards and safeguarding
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
• Good communication skills in English
• Right to work in the UK
