Description
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow multiple brands. The ideal candidate is results-driven, data-focused, and confident in SEO, paid ads, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Plan and execute on-page & technical SEO
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
• Improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Manage Google Search Console & analytics reports
Paid Advertising (Google & Social)
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Budget planning, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization
• Pixel, GTM, and event tracking setup is a plus
• Must have hands-on experience managing paid advertising across all major platforms.
Social Media Marketing
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms
• Plan content calendars and campaign strategies
• Track engagement, leads, and performance metrics
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and ad dashboards
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights
Requirements
• 5+ years proven digital marketing experience
• Strong in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media
• Experience managing multiple brands
• Knowledge of conversion tracking & performance marketing
Bonus
• E-commerce or service-based brands
• CRO knowledge, Photoshop/Canva/Figma basics
Important
Must be based in the UAE and available full-time, on-site
