Dentist / Specialist Dentist – Pre-opening Team

We are an international dental group preparing to open a new premium dental clinic in Dubai.

At this stage, we are building our founding medical team and conducting market research with experienced dental professionals to better understand:
• current working conditions
• patient flow
• compensation expectations

Selected candidates may be offered priority roles once the clinic officially launches.

What we are looking for:
• Licensed dentist or eligibility for DHA / DOH / QCHP
• Experience in [general / cosmetic / ortho / endo]
• Currently working in Dubai or GCC
• Open to sharing market insights (paid consultation / interview)

Skills

Valid or eligible dental license for [DHA / DOH / QCHP]

Experience working in dental clinics in Dubai

Understanding of patient flow and daily clinic operations

Familiarity with treatment planning and patient communication

Openness to professional interviews and market research discussions

Willingness to share insights on clinical workload and patient demand
