Description
We are looking for a 21 Day Care Assistant and 35hr Night Care Assistant to work as part of our team within our luxurious residential home. Contributing to the efficient running of our service. We can offer excellent training opportunities and development with career progression.
• You are required to hold a level 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards this diploma.
• Experience in care environment.
• Flexible to the needs of the Home.
• Good clear communication skills.
• Develop effective working relationships with service users and other employees.
• Understanding to the needs of our service users, to assist with health and wellbeing.
• Experience of working effectively as part of a team or on their own.
• Assist in promoting independence of our service users.
• Provide Personal care and support to our service users in line with their individual person centered care plan.
• Supporting residents with care needs during the night.
• Working in line with the homes policies and procedure
• Able to take on responsibilities and develop with in their role.
• Completing night tasks as required by the management
• Light cleaning of communal areas.
