We are seeking a Russian-speaking female Customer Service Agent with 2+ years of UAE experience to support our automotive auction operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product/service information & assist with orders/payments
• Resolve complaints and follow up for customer satisfaction
• Build customer relationships and support repeat business
• Escalate issues when needed and track resolution
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Customer Service/Sales/Auction industry (UAE)
• Diploma/Bachelor’s preferred
• Fluent in Russian (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office & CRM proficiency
