Creative Designer / Visualizer with UAE experience

Require an experienced creative Designer / Visualizer | Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Industry: Advertising Agency (Established for over 20 years in Dubai) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Position Overview | We are an established advertising agency in Dubai seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Visualizer with | proven experience in the advertising industry, particularly in ATL and BTL campaigns. | The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual solutions that align with | client objectives, brand guidelines, and production standards. | Key Responsibilities | • Develop creative and accurate design artwork, including key visuals, stationery, and promotional materials, | in accordance with client briefs and brand standards. | • Design visual assets for print, digital, and advertising media, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms. | • Conceptualize and prepare creative layouts, visual presentations, and proposals for client approvals. | • Produce print-ready artwork, mock-ups, and final files for all printing-related requirements. | • Liaise with production and vendor teams to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy. | • Revise and adapt designs based on client feedback and production specifications. | • Maintain a systematic archive of design files, templates, and artwork. | • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color standards, and overall design quality. | • Provide design support for brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital creatives as required. | Candidate Requirements | • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Graphic Designer within a UAE-based advertising agency. | • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AI-related platforms). | • Strong knowledge of print production processes and color management standards. | • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines. | • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. | • Knowledge of Arabic typing/reading, 3D design, and video editing will be considered an added advantage.
