Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries with clarity and empathy to build lasting relationships.Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions promptly.Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software proficiently to track interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.Educate customers about product features and benefits, helping them maximize their usage and satisfaction.Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Maintain and update customer records in the system Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Meet service quality and performance targets A minimum of a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly in a fast-paced environment.Certification in customer service excellence or related field is a plus.Experience in the retail, hospitality, or technology sectors is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)Working Conditions & Benefits Competitive salary Visa and medical insurance as per UAE labor law Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy Professional and supportive work environment
