Understand each customer s needs and match them with the right solutions.
Maintain accurate call logs and notes within the CRM.
Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
Use confident, clear, and positive language in every interaction.
Represent Alba Cars strengths large inventory, verified vehicles, flexible finance & trade-ins.
Build rapport and maintain a warm, professional tone across all touchpoints.
Follow up with leads to reduce appointment no-shows.
Track daily targets and KPIs for contact rate and appointment conversion.
Contribute to a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Continuously improve through feedback and performance reviews. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or automotive industry preferred.
Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with a proactive, target-driven attitude.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong follow-up and CRM management skills.
UAE-based or willing to relocate.
