Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and friendly Barista and FOH Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the first face our guests see in the morning, setting the tone for great service and great coffee all day long. If you care about consistency, flavour and good conversation, we’d love to meet you.
What We Require
• Previous barista or café experience of over a year is required as a minimum
• Confidence using an coffee machine and dialling in beans
• A focus on quality, speed and presentation
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Fantastic customer service skills suitable in Hospitality
• Management or supervisor experience is a huge advantage
• Must be available most weekends
