You will be organised and ready to adapt to challenges, you will have the expertise you need to provide professional, safe, high quality care and support.Responsibilities will includeAssisting residents with personal care in accordance with their individual care plansLiaising with care home management, family members, social workers, medical professionals and the resident themselves in ensuring the care provision meets their individual requirements and making recommendations based on changes in care need.Administering and recording medication safely in line with company policyMonitoring resident nutrition and hydration and taking steps to update nutrition plans with any revised dietary requirements.Monitoring residents for risks around pressure wounds and any abnormalities regarding toilet output.Participating in, and promoting resident activities.About AgincareWe’re a family run business that's been caring and supporting people since 1986.With over 4,500 team members, we’re one of the UK’s largest care providers and are continuing to grow.
