As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of our Power Tools and Construction Equipment division. We are a team 15+ sales professionals supported by an In-house service center, warehousing & logistics fleet.The RoleAs a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by providing high-quality tooling solutions to a diverse range of industrial sectors. You won’t just be selling products; you will be offering technical solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and productivity for our partners.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Penetration: Identify and capture new business opportunities across 10+ industrial sectors, focusing on high-value accounts and long-term contracts. Technical Consultations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations of power tools (cordless, pneumatic, hydraulic) and heavy-duty construction equipment to engineers, project managers & teams on floor.Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the process from prospecting, meeting to technical submittals, commercial negotiation, and final closing in the designated territory Relationship Management: Build and sustain a robust network of procurement heads, site engineers, and workshop managers.Strategic Reporting: Provide the management team with accurate sales forecasts, competitor pricing analysis, and insights into upcoming mega-projects in the GCC.After-Sales Excellence: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure clients receive proper training, maintenance support from our in-house service center. RequirementsExperience: 3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the Power Tools, Heavy Machinery, or Industrial Consumables industry. Converting medium to big ticket customers independently.Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with global brands (e.g. Bosch, Flex, Hilti, Makita, Milwaukee, or DeWalt) and various equipment categories (drilling, cutting, grinding, and fastening).Market Intel: A strong existing database of contacts within the UAE construction and industrial sectors.Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a "hunter" mindset. Ability to read technical drawings or specifications is a plus. Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in English, Hindi/Urdu & Arabic is a significant advantage for navigating diverse site environments.Technical Savvy: Experience using CRM software to track leads and performance.
