Responsibilities
• Bridge the gap between engineering and product, collaborating with Designers and Project Managers
• Conduct effective requirements gathering to identify customer problems
• Design and develop backend applications
• Build servers and databases for functionality
• Work closely with commercial customers to identify and solve critical business problems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (fresh graduates only)
• Openness to new technologies and creative solutions
• Passion for building high-quality software
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills continuously
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Additional Information
• No employment bond or non-compete agreement
• 3-4 months of training with industry experts
• 90-day probation period following training
• Assignment to paid projects upon successful probation completion
• 1-year contractual position with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance and business needs
