Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effective workflow.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
